Our phone lines can often be very busy and so please read below and if you have a question that we haven’t covered, please email info@blackpoolwakepark.com and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do we find you?
If you type Blackpool Wake Park into Google or Apple Maps, it should bring you straight to us, we are located on Mythop Road, just outside Weeton Village. Due to being rural, the postcode can sometimes take you to a different farm higher up the road.
How do I book?
Aqua Park, Kayak and Paddleboard sessions are all booked online using our ‘Book Now’ button.
Wakeboarding is booked over the phone on 01253 836543 during opening hours.
Is there anything I need to do before I arrive?
All waivers need to be completed before you arrive on site, these can be done using the link on your booking confirmation email or by clicking on the ‘Waiver’ link on the website, you will just need to input your booking reference which can be found on either your booking confirmation or payment email.
Are there other people on the Aqua Park with my group?
Yes, the Aqua Park can accommodate up to 35 people per session and operates with a one way system.
If you book an Exclusive Use session, it will just be your group.
What do I wear?
You will need swimwear for every activity.
Wetsuits are compulsory on all activities and you can either wear your own of hire one from ourselves for £5 each.
No outdoor shoes, wet shoes, mobile phones or Go Pros are allowed on the Aqua Park.
Wetsuits can be hired on the day.
Any wetsuits hired online won’t be refunded if they are no longer needed.
Arrival
Please arrive 45 minutes before your session start time and head to reception to get checked in before heading to your activity area. There can sometimes be a wait at reception so please allow plenty of time before your session starts. Briefing for each activity will start 10 minutes before the session start time.
Can anyone participate?
We have a minimum age restriction of 6 years old for all activities, please check on each activity for the specific restrictions as they differ across activities.
Everyone must be able to swim a minimum of 25meters unaided and be comfortable in open water.
Our activities are not advisable for pregnant women or people with pre existing health conditions, everyone must have a reasonable level of fitness.
What is your wet weather policy?
We operate as normal during all weather and will only ever cancel a session due to Thunderstorms or High Wind. In the case of a cancelled session due to adverse weather, we will contact the lead person on the booking to re-arrange the session at the earliest convenience.
Don’t forget, you are getting wet anyway and the rain only makes it more fun.
What if I need to cancel my session?
Any cancelations 48 hours prior to the session start time will be rearranged for another date in the current season.
