Terms and Conditions
We welcome you to Blackpool Wake Park and look forward to you participating in our activities and in doing so would ask that you take a moment to read our Terms and Conditions
Who can participate?
All participants must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters and must be comfortable in open water. Age restrictions vary for each activity; please check our terms for the activity of your choice prior to making a booking.
Participants must arrive at least 1 hour before their session, to ensure you have enough time to register, obtain safety equipment and get changed prior to the start of the safety briefing for your session.
We will try to accommodate late arrivals on the next available session that day, if all sessions are full, we will not refund payment.
In participating in any of the activities you agree to abide by our safety rules which are in place to make your stay safe and fun for all involved including other visitors and staff. Blackpool Wake Park reserves the right to ask any person to leave the water who is endangering themselves or others by their behaviour.
What to wear
Wetsuits are compulsory, either your own or one rented from Blackpool Wake Park, and life vests, which the Wake Park provides free of charge, are to be worn whilst participating in all activities at all times (including helmets for wake boarding) and those found removing them will be asked to leave the water.
We don’t have access to showers, so treat your trip like a day out to the beach – bring a towel and swimming trunks / costume with you. Be prepared to get wet, dry yourself and get changed again.
In signing our disclaimer on arrival at The Park you acknowledge that you and/or your child is physically fit and DO NOT have any pre-existing medical condition which precludes you from taking part in the activities (including pregnant women).
